The Maryland HQL (Handgun Qualificaiton License) Course consist of 4.5 hours of safe firearms training, Maryland Firearm Laws, and basic fundamentals of a handgun instructed by our Maryland Certified Firearm Instructors. This license is required for only Maryland residents to purchase a handgun.

This course is suited for anyone looking for safe firearms training to better their understanding with Maryland Law, Fundamentals of a Handgun, and those seeking to apply for their Maryland Handgun Qualification License.
Students who complete this training will recieve EDC's HQL Training Certificate.
